Michael Lance
Michael’s past experience as a construction project manager and catastrophic insurance adjuster has led to his success in the roofing industry. He has been in and around roofing for over 15 years and is driven to continue developing his industry knowledge.
Michael has extensive experience with settling, negotiating, and paying homeowners’ and commercial claims. He is a licensed insurance adjuster in the state of Texas, with most of his experience coming from time spent at State Farm. His attention to detail provides superior skills in interpreting policy language and issuing correct coverage lines for his clients. Michael has a passion for completing expert roof inspections which has led to the formation of M.D. Roofing & Construction.
His clear commitment to client retention and customer service has led to his success as a construction project manager. Michael is a dedicated business professional with more than 18 years of diversified business, operations, and management experience.
Michael, born in Lubbock, TX and raised in Amarillo, TX, graduated from WTAMU in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Frisco, TX, where he met his wife, Michelle. Together they have three children and have lived in Frisco for about 20 years, attending Gateway Church. In his spare time, Michael is an avid motorcyclist and enjoys camping. You can regularly find him riding dirt bikes with his sons or camping in the Rocky Mountains.
